LEGACY GROUP SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the participant ("Member") and Sean & Lanette, LLC("Provider"), concerning participation in the Legacy Group Coaching program.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutual understanding and expectations around confidentiality, access, respectful conduct, and member responsibility in the Legacy Group.

2. Confidentiality and Community Integrity

All content shared within the Legacy Group—including but not limited to coaching sessions, member discussions, chat transcripts, video replays, and downloadable resources—is proprietary and confidential.

By joining, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality and not share or distribute any group content outside the group, in part or in full.
  • Respect the privacy and vulnerability of fellow members. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

3. Respectful Conduct

Legacy Group is a sacred space for transformation. We require all members to engage with honor, kindness, and respect.

  • Disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior toward any member, coach, or community moderator will not be tolerated.
  • Members who display such behavior will be immediately removed from the group without warning or refund.

4. Access & Login Policy

Access to the Legacy Group platform is granted on a per-household basis.

  • One username per family unit is allowed.
  • Sharing login credentials outside your immediate household is strictly prohibited.
  • Abuse of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

5. Commitment to Growth

By entering the Legacy Group, you acknowledge that this is not just a transaction—it’s a transformation. Your monthly subscription ($11.99/month) is your commitment to showing up for yourself, engaging with the content, and pursuing your God-given purpose.

This program is offered at a drastically reduced rate because we believe breakthrough shouldn’t break the bank—but we ask for your integrity and engagement in return.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued—either for prior months or upon cancellation—for any reason, including but not limited to removal due to breach of this Agreement.

7. Modifications

Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement, with notice to participants via email or platform updates.
